Service Description
Treat your guests to a fully hosted iceCream experiance where we provide a curated selection of our flavors (3 flavors one being vegan/dariy-free), beautifully presented and served for a set time, allowing guest to enjoy unlimited all-inclusive tastings and servings with Catchher Icecream! We will talk about the details.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain the highest quality experience for all our guests and partners, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy regarding cancellations or schedule changes: Event Cancellation 14+ Days Notice: Full refund of any payment made, minus a 10% administrative fee. 7–13 Days Notice: 50% refund of the total payment. Less than 7 Days Notice: No refund. This is due to the cost of ingredients, labor, and time allocated for preparation. Rescheduling 14+ Days Notice: One-time reschedule allowed with no additional fee, subject to availability. Less than 14 Days Notice: A rescheduling fee of $150 will be applied. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability. Force Majeure In the event of a natural disaster, extreme weather, venue emergency, or any circumstance beyond your or our control, we will do our best to work with you on a reschedule or refund on a case-by-case basis. Client No-Show or Late Setup Access If client delays prevent proper setup or service, we cannot guarantee full service will be delivered as planned. No refunds will be issued in this case.
